Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on all US orders. Our processing time is up to 2 business days and shipping time is 3-6 business days.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this moment.

Returns:

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.  If any issues are experienced with your order or simply would like to process a return, please email us at support@hococharging.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Digital Orders:

All digital or virtual orders will be delivered within 1 hour but usually in 30 minutes or less.
